Luxurious 3.5-room apartment for max. 5 people. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, each with its own bathroom (bath or shower) and separate guest WC.

110m² living space with underfloor heating on the 1st floor of the luxury holiday apartment residence The Mountain Suites. Only 10 minutes walk from the Flims valley station.
The spacious living & cooking area has a free-standing fireplace, large dining table and comfortable sofa set. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with fridge incl. freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules can be purchased from the concierge). Magnificent view of the surrounding mountains (Tschingelhörner and Flimserstein).

Ski storage room, letterbox, washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. There is 1 parking space with a free access to a free electric charging station available in the underground parking garage. You will receive the access card and informations about the charging station at the check-in. Service charges (heating, electricity and water), bed linen and towels, final cleaning, WLAN, parking for 1 car and taxes are included in the total price.

Pets are allowed on requests. Non-smoking flat.

Extras

A deposit of CHF 800.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival.
Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 35.-, CHF 30.- bed linen only, towels CHF 6.- per piece.
Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Baby bed inlc. bedding and highchair is available for CHF 150.- per stay upon request.

Edelweiss Services is acting a substitution ratio (ie on behalf) of the owner of the apartment. The terms and conditions of Edelweiss Services GmbH apply, which have to be fully accepted by the tenant when booking. Credit card payment is possible with a fee.
