Luxurious 5.5 room suite with 160m2 and 4 bedrooms. 3 of them have a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower or bath. A further bedroom has a sofa bed which can be converted into 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC. The apartment is spread over 2 floors, which are connected by a staircase. The living area with kitchen and dining table is located on the upper floor and has a comfortable sofa set and a fireplace (wood is not available and can be organized by the guest or purchased at the concierge desk). The open kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a fridge including a small freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, raclette, fondue, etc. Also on this floor are the 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the upper terrace. In winter, you can use the ski shuttle bus right outside the Mountain Suites, which will take you to the Flims cable car and back.
A ski and bike room as well as a washing machine and dryer are also available. There are 2 parking spaces available for the suite, including access to an electric charging station in the underground garage. You will receive the access card and information on how to use the charging station at check-in. Additional costs such as heating, electricity and water as well as bed linen and towels, final cleaning, WiFi and taxes are included in the total price. Pets are allowed on request.
Extras
A deposit of CHF 800.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival.
Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 35.-, CHF 30.- bed linen only, towels CHF 6.- per piece.
Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Baby bed incl. bedding and highchair is available for CHF 150.- per stay upon request.
Agency Conditions
Edelweiss Services is acting in a substitution ratio (ie on behalf) of the owner of the apartment. The terms and conditions of Edelweiss Services GmbH apply, which have to be fully accepted by the tenant when booking. Credit card payment is possible with a fee.
