The Edelweiss holiday apartment Survesta, approx. 120m², is located just outside the citycenter of old town Flims and can be reached in a few minutes walk from the Flims Post bus station. The living area with flat screen TV and a spacious south-facing balcony offers a wonderful mountain view and lots of sunlight. Open to the living room there is the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

3 rooms offer comfortable space for up to 6 Pax, whereby one room has a double bed and the other two rooms have single beds, which can also be pushed together. The apartment on the 1st floor has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a bath tub.

In the basement of the house is a private washing room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a general room for ski storage. In addition, the property has a sauna room in the neighboring house. Please kindly note, that the apartment includes just 1 parking spot. ( Height 2.05m). Any additional cars have to be parked at the public parking facilities in Flims.

Extras

A deposit of CHF 800.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival. Linen will be charged per person from 0 -99 years of age.
Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece.
Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Baby bed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200.- per stay upon request.

Agency Conditions

Edelweiss Services is acting a substitution ratio (ie on behalf) of the owner of the apartment. The terms and conditions of Edelweiss Services GmbH apply, which have to be fully accepted by the tenant when booking. Credit card payment is possible with a fee.
