4.5 room apartment, 112m2 (6 beds) on the first floor in an apartment house. Large southfacing balcony and elevator is available. One underground parking lot belongs to the apartment. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets on request (a fee of 150.- per animal applies). Heated indoor pool for free use. Please note the use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Please note that the Pool is closed from 29.04.24-28.06.24 and from 21.10.-13.12.24 .
Extras
A deposit of CHF 300.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival.
Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece.
Additional cleaning services is possible at an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200,- per stay upon request.
Agency Conditions
Edelweiss Services is acting a substitution ratio (ie on behalf) of the owner of the apartment. The terms and conditions of Edelweiss Services GmbH apply, which have to be fully accepted by the tenant when booking. Credit card payment is possible with a fee.
