Holiday apartment Lanezzi, approx. 135m2, is in a quiet residential area in an apartment building close to bus stop, shopping and restaurants.
The open living and dining area with fireplace offers a fabulous view from north-east to south-west. Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. High quality equipment with parquet flooring throughout the apartment.
There is a master double room with ensuite bathroom (with bath tub), two bedrooms with two single beds each and a family bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment at your disposal.
You are welcome to use the electric charging station at the parking lot. You will receive more informations at the check in. Free WiFi, 2 underground parking spaces (25 & 26), bed linen and final cleaning are included in the total price.
Extras
A deposit of CHF 800.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival.
Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece.
Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200,- per stay upon request.
Agency Conditions
Edelweiss Services is acting in a substitution ratio (ie on behalf) of the owner of the apartment. The terms and conditions of Edelweiss Services GmbH apply, which have to be fully accepted by the tenant when booking. Credit card payment is possible with a fee.
