The Erizun E3 is located in a quiet residential development of 5 houses, close to the village center of Flims-Waldhaus. It was built in 1981 in a traditional style. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the village center or to the lifts. The free ski bus runs every half an hour from the nearby Hotel Surpunt.

The apartment (80m²) is located on the ground floor with a private terrace and surrounding gardens. It has a cozy livingroom with fireplace, spacious dining area, radio and TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge (incl. freezer copartment), dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, raclette set, fondue, water kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There is one bedroom with double bed, one with two single beds and a third bedroom with bunk bed. In addition to the bathroom, a separate toilet is available. A shared washing machine operate with CHF 0.50 coins, can be used.

Please notice that there is only one parking space available. All additional cars have to be parked at the public facilities in Flims.

Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not accepted

Extra costs as heating, power and water are included. Also included are bed linen and towels, the final cleaning and all taxes and VAT.

Please note that there is no internet available in this apartment.

Extras

A deposit of CHF 500.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival.
Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece.
Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200,- per stay upon request.

Edelweiss Services is acting in a substitution ratio (ie on behalf of) the owner of the apartment. The terms and conditions of Edelweiss Services GmbH apply, which have to be fully accepted by the tenant when booking.
