1.5 Room apartment (48m²⁾ in a residential square, in Flims village, in a peaceful and central location.

The entrance hall leads to an open plan airy living/dining space with seating for 4.

There are 2 sofa beds, (1x 3 seater and 1x 2 seater) and a pair of  arm chairs. TV, DVD, Radio/CD player, books and games for free use. Within the open plan area there is a recess, which has 2 full size beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed. (TOTAL 4 beds: 2 beds in sleeping niche + 2 sofa beds (easy to handle).)

A separate fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer and all the cooking utensils required for self-catering. The apartment offers a bathroom with a bath tub, overhead shower, toilet and basin.  Covered balcony with a table and chairs, with great views over the village and up to the mountains. The apartment building has a small lift and there is a free Wi-Fi internet access.

There is a shared washing machine and tumble dryer, in House A Residenza Quadra. A charge applies and is payable to the resident manager. A Undercover parking is also available, daily fees apply and please reserve them in advace with the resident manager Mrs Nold (+41 79 357 2224 or nold@alpen-fewo.ch). One uncovered parking is free.

Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.

Bedlinen and towels, final cleaning, VAT and all taxes is included in the total.

Extras

A deposit of CHF 500.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival.
Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece.

Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200,- per stay upon request.

Agency Conditions

Edelweiss Services is acting a substitution ratio (ie on behalf) of the owner of the apartment. The terms and conditions of Edelweiss Services GmbH apply, which have to be fully accepted by the tenant when booking.
